摘　　要：德兴铜矿采矿场为了适应世界经济发展的需要 ,积极开展了贯标认证工作。通过成立贯标认证领导小组、培训员工、开展相关的知识竞赛、编写质量体系的有关文件 ,提高了管理者和员工对贯标的认识 ,使员工在生产过程中有章可循 ,从而减少了返工、返修 ,避免了原材料的浪费 。In order to adapt to the needs of the world economic development, the mining division of Dexing Copper Mine has taken an active part in the accreditation of standard implementation. Such measures as organizing a leadership team for the implementation, carrying out staff training, holding corresponding knowledge competition and compiling documents for quality control systems have raised standard implementation awareness of both the management and staff and have designed a whole set of rules for the staff to follow throughout the production process. As a result, do-overs and reprocessings are greatly reduced and so is the waste of raw materials. Therefore, the quality target of the enterprise has been achieved.
