双斑东方鲀人工育苗技术的探讨

摘　　要：综述了福建省水产研究所双斑东方的人工育苗过程,认为:(1)双斑东方属一次产卵型鱼类,性腺退化明显,仔鱼有相互残杀的习性;(2)缩短亲鱼暂养时间,及时催产。通过人工调控,可实现雌雄亲鱼性腺同步化,有效提高受精率;(3)孵化前期加大充气量,孵化后期加大换水量,有利于孵化率的提高;(4)仔鱼培育后期,应及时投足轮虫和分养仔鱼,并逐渐加大充气量和藻液的密度,从而提高出苗率。The paper summarizesthe processof artificialbreedingof Fugu Bimaculatus in Fujian FisheryResearchInstitute,holdingthat:(1)Fugu Bimaculatus belongsto once-yieldegg fish,with its sex gland degeneratingobviously.Its egg sinked.Just hatchedlarva has the habitof mutualkilling.(2) mature fish'stemporary breedingtime,must be newlyand catalysein time.Withartificialcontrolto regulatethe exclusiveof spermsand eggs,the synchronismof male and femalefish's sex glandcan be realized,thus the inseminationrate can be raisedeffectively.(3)At the earlystage of hatching, more air shouldbe given,and at thelaterstage, more water be changed,whichare helpfulto raisethehatchingrate.(4) enoughrotifer(5-10/ml)and riddlelarva shouldbe providedin time,and moreair should be given and microalgaes' densityshould be increasedin orderto increasethe productionrate of fry.
