摘  要:本文研究了不同等温温度,Mn、Si元素和Cu、Mo合金元素对奥贝球铁组织和力学性能的影响,讨论了奥贝球铁加工硬化对冷加工性能的影响。同时将奥贝球铁齿轮代替40Cr调质钢齿轮进行装机试验,对降噪声和耐磨性进行了测试。试验结果表明,奥贝球铁齿轮与40Cr调质钢齿轮相比,机械性能高于40Cr调质钢材料,柴油机整机噪声降低1.92dB,齿轮侧噪声下降5.3dB。奥贝球铁齿轮经过45 h磨合后,在标定工况下连续运转1000h,齿轮无异常磨损,齿轮间隙离极限间隙还有0.13mm的余量,所以其摩擦磨损性能合格,所生产的奥贝球铁齿轮满足设计使用要求。In this paper, the influences of different austemper temperatures, content of manganese and silicon as well as copper and molybdenum alloy on the microstructures and mechanical properties of austempered ductile iron (ADI) were studied, The effects of work hardening on machinablities of ADI were also discussed. Meanwhile both ADI gears and 40Cr hardened and tempered steel gears in a diesel engine are tested for comparing noise and wear resistance.The result showed that the mechanical properties of ADI gears were higher than that of 40Cr hardened and tempered steel gears. The ADI gears decreased the working noise of the whole engine by 1.92dB and the noise in gear set by 5.3dB. After 45 hours running-in and 1000 hours continuous operation in nominal conditions, there was no abnormal wear in the ADI gears and there still existed allowance of 0.13 to the limit of gear backlash. So the friction-wear properties of ADI gears were qualified and the ADI gears produced could meet the design and application requirements.
