舌咽神经根切断术治疗舌咽神经痛12例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 :评价乙状窦后径路舌咽神经根切断术治疗舌咽神经痛的效果。方法 :进行乙状窦后径路舌咽神经根切断术治疗舌咽神经痛 12例 ,对其中 3例伴有同侧三叉神经痛者 ,同时进行了三叉神经根显微血管减压术。结果 :所有 12例患者术后舌咽神经痛立即消失 ,3例伴有三叉神经痛者术后疼痛也消失 ,追踪 3个月～ 6a,无疼痛复发。结论Objective To evaluate the effect of glossopharyngeal rhizotomy through retrosigmoid approach for glossopharyngeal neuralgia.Method Glossopharyngeal rhizotomy was performed in 12 patients with glossopharyngeal neuralgia,microvascular decompression was performed simultaneously in 3 patients with trigeminal neuralgia.Results All operation was successful,all patients' pain had relief immediately after operation.Three patients with trigeminal neuralgia were pain free too.During the mean follow-up peroid of 3 5 years(range,3 months to 6 years),no recurrence occured in this group.Conclusion This operation is safe operative procedure,it provides a effective treatment for glossopharyngeal neuralgia.
