卡托普利与1,6-二磷酸果糖联用治疗难治性充血性心力衰竭的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察卡托普利与 1,6 二磷酸果糖联用治疗难治性充血性心力衰竭的疗效。方法 :5 2例难治性心力衰竭患者随机分为观察组 2 8例 ,对照组 2 4例 ,对照组行常规纠正心衰的治疗 ,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用卡托普利片与 1,6 二磷酸果糖静点 ,观察治疗前后心功能的变化。结果 :治疗 2周后 ,观察组左室收缩功能指标较对照组明显改善 ,治疗总有效率明显提高。结论 :常规治疗基础上加用卡托普利与 1,6 二磷酸果糖治疗难治性心衰是较理想的治疗方案。Objective To observe the effects of Captopril combined with Fructose-1,6-Diphosphate on the treatment of severe heart failure.Method 52 severe heart failure patients were divided randomly into two groups;observing group 28 cases,control group 24 cases.Control group received conventional anti-heart failure treatment,While observing group was treated with Captopril combined with Fructose-1,6-Diphosphate on base of conventional remedy.Then observing changes of the heart functions pre and post treatment.Results The left ventricular systole function in observing group improved more dramatically than that of controls.Conclusion The remedy of Captopril combined with Fructose-1,6-Diphosphate on base of conventional anti-heart failure is optimal in treatment of severe heart failure.
