摘　　要：目的探讨大鼠同种异体原位肾移植技术。方法600例大鼠肾移植,切除自体肾后分别行异体原位肾动脉、静脉和输尿管的端端吻合。结果 手术成功率为94.9％。结论 大鼠同种异体原位肾移植是一种成功率较高的简便动物模型。The technique of orthotopic allograft kidney transplantation in rats was described. Methods The orthotopic transplantation of kidney was performed with end - to - end anastomoses of renal vessels and ureters in 600 bilateral nephrectomized rats. Results The rate of success of the operation was 94. 9%. Conclusion Orthotopic kidney transplantation in rats with allografts could be easily performed animal models with a relatively rate of success.
