摘　　要：目的 :探讨质量管理在 CT图像后处理工作中的意义。材料和方法 :收集 CT检查中产生的废片 497张 ,分析其形成原因。结果 :废片率高达 1.41% ,经济损失 14910元。形成废片的主要原因在于技术人员对新技术的掌握不够熟练及责任心不强。结论 :对Purpose To discuss the significance of the quality control in after-treatment of CT images. Materials and methods There are 497 bad films produced in CT examinations that were collected to analyze the causes of the poor outcomes. Results The waste film rate was up to 1.41 %, amounting to 14,910 yuan. The main causes are: ①the lack of responsibility and ②the skills of the technicians. Conclusion More attention should be paid to the level of training and the quality control in after-treatment of CT images.
