摘　　要：DICOM标准是建设综合医疗信息系统和医学影像存档传输系统所必须遵循的国际标准。本文对DI COM标准的发展过程进行了回顾 ,对最新版本DI COM2 0 0 0进行了剖析 ,对其体系结构、信息实体概念。DICOM has become an international standard,which should be conformed to when implementing integrated medical information systems and PACS.The history of DICOM is reviewed,the new version DICOM 2000 is analyzed with its structure,information object definition,communication model and other core contents.
