废镍触媒的综合利用工艺研究

摘　　要：扼要介绍了工业废镍催化剂的综合利用工艺研究。对其主成分Ni和Al均加以回收利用 ,分别制取结晶硫酸镍、氢氧化铝及氧化铝。产品质量达国家工业标准。Ni回收率高达 90 %。The experiment uses sodium hydroxide,sulfuric acid,nickel carbonate to deal with wasted nickel catalyst.The products are crystal nickel sulphate,aluminium hydroxide and alumina.The quality of product comes up to the standard of P.R.C,and the recovery ratio of nickel gets to 90%,and the recovery ratio of aluminium gets to 80%.The multiple use of wasted nickel catalyst is useful.
