益脉降压流浸膏对老年Ⅱ期原发性高血压患者胰岛素抵抗的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察益脉降压流浸膏对老年气虚血瘀证Ⅱ期原发性高血压患者胰岛素抵抗 (IR)的影响。方法 :分别采用葡萄糖氧化酶法及放射免疫法测定 4 0例老年气虚血瘀证Ⅱ期原发性高血压患者 (治疗组 )用益脉降压流浸膏治疗前后的空腹血糖 (FBG)、空腹血浆胰岛素 (FPI) ,计算其胰岛素敏感指数 (ISI) ,并与 30例老年健康人 (健康组 )的上述指标进行比较。结果 :治疗组治疗前较健康组FBG无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,FPI显著升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,ISI显著降低 (P <0 .0 1) ;治疗后较治疗前FBG无明显变化 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,FPI显著降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,ISI显著升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,血压显著下降 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :老年气虚血瘀证Ⅱ期原发性高血压患者存在高胰岛素血症及胰岛素抵抗 ,益脉降压流浸膏具有降低血胰岛素水平。Objective:To observe the effect of Yimai Jiangya extract(YMJYE) on insulin resistance(IR) in aged patients with essential hypertension(EH) of stage Ⅱ caused by Qi deficiency and blood stasis.Method:Fasting blood glucose(FBG) and Fasting plasma insulin(FPI) were measured before and after treatment with YMJYE in 40 aged patients(treatment group) by oxidase method,radioimmunoassay(RIA), respectively.Insulin sensitivity index(ISI) was also calculated.The above indexes were compared with those of 30 aged healthy subjects(healthy group).Result:Before treatment, FBG had insignificant change(P>0.05),and FPI was significantly higher(P<0.01),and ISI was obviously lower(P<0.01) in the treatment group compared with those in the healthy group.After treatment,FBG had insignificant changes (P>0.05), and FPI was significantly lower (P<0.01), and ISI was significantly higher(P<0.01),and blood pressure was significantly lower (P<0.01) than those before treatment in the treatment group. Conclusion:The aged patients showed hyperinsulinemia and insulin resistance.YMJYE had effect on lowering FPI level and increasing ISI level.
