摘 要:目的 研究超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)对小鼠缺氧耐受形成中脑组织兴奋性氨基酸(EAA)含量的影响。方法 小鼠按急性重复缺氧方法制成缺氧耐受模型 ,SOD组于缺氧前 5min腹腔注射SOD ,观察SOD对缺氧耐受形成中脑组织中的谷氨酸 (Glu)和天冬氨酸 (Asp)的影响。结果 SOD对正常脑组织EAA含量无影响 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,SOD组与缺氧组在缺氧耐受形成后 30min、75min、12 0minEAA含量相比明显降低 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 SOD能明显降低脑组织中EAA含量 。Objective To study the effect of superoxide dismutase(SOD) on the contents of the excitattive amino acid(EAA) in the brain tissue of mouse with the condition of endurance of oxygen deficiency Method The model with endurance of oxygen deficiency was made according to the way of repeating acute oxygen deficiency and treated with SOD ip in the mice.The contents of the glutamate and aspartate in the brain tissues was measured in the condition of endurance of oxygen deficience in the SOD group which was injected SOD ip at 5min before hypoxia initiation.Result SOD hadn't apparent affect on EAA contents of normal brain tissue.Compared with the group of oxygen deficiency after the endurance of oxygen deficiency developed for 30, 75 and 120?min,the contents of excitative amino-acid in the SOD group were lower and the difference between groups was remarkabel(P<0.01).Conclusion SOD can decrease the EAA contents in the brain tissue,consequently,it is able to protect the injured brain.
