益气养阴方治疗2型糖尿病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　观察益气养阴方治疗 2型糖尿病的临床疗效 ,并探讨其作用机制。方法　随机将 71例 2型糖尿病患者分为治组 36例和对照组 35例。对照组口服盐酸二甲双胍片 2 5 0mg ,每日 3次 ;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用益气养阴方 ,水煎服 ,每日 1剂。 2组均4周为 1个疗程 ,2个疗程统计疗效。观察 2组空腹血糖、餐后 2h血糖、空腹胰岛素、胰岛素敏感性指数 (ISI)、总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)等指标的影响。结果　治疗组总有效率为86.1 % ,显效率为 36.1 % ,对照组分别为 62 .9%、2 2 .9% ,2组比较治疗组疗效优于对照组(P <0 .0 1 )。治疗组空腹胰岛素指标下降、胰岛素敏感指数上升 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,TC、TG有所下降(P <0 .0 1 )。结论　益气养阴方能够减轻 2型糖尿病患者临床症状 ,降低血脂 ,可能通过提高机体对胰岛素的敏感性而达到降低血糖的目的 ,对治疗 2型糖尿病有较好的疗效。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Yiqiyangyin decoction in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus and investigate its mechanism. Methods 71 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into two groups,36 cases in treatment group and 35 cases in control group,the FPG,FINS,ISI,TC and TG for both groups were observed. Results The tatol effective rate was 86.1 % in treatment group and 62.9 % in control group;the effective rate was 36.1 % in treatment group and 22.9 % in control group,there were significant differences between two groups (P<0.01). There were also significant differences in FPG,ISI,TC and TG between two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion Yiqiyangyin decoction can relieve the clinical symptoms of type 2 diabetic patients,which can reduce blood fat by increasing the organism's sensitivity to insulin,so it is effective in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus.
