急性肾衰动物模型的血液灌流实验研究

摘　　要：用纯种大耳白兔作为实验动物 ,建立肾衰动物模型。海藻酸锌络合物为吸附剂对动物模型进行血液灌流实验 ,观察该吸附剂血液灌流清除体内脲分子的功效 ,以及对血液相容性、肝功能、肾功能等临床生化指标的影响。经动物血液灌流对血液中Bun、Cr的清除率达 6 0 %以上 。In this study model of renal failure using rabbit was established,and then an experimental hemoperfusion using Alginate Zn complex was performed.The effect of hemoperfusion to remove urea molecules in blood and the influence of Alginate Zn complex on biochemical criteria,such as hemocompatibility,liver functions,kidney functions,etc.were observed.With animal blood hemoperfusion,the percentage of Bun and Cr in blood removed were over 60%,and the hemocompatibility was good.
