摘 要:目的 研究同种瓣膜的制备方法 ,减轻制备过程中的细胞损伤。方法 记录程序降温过程组织细胞的降温曲线 ,比较不同方法的组织细胞损伤。结果 对照组在 - 4℃~ - 6℃区域 ,出现明显的降温速率减缓 ,甚至小幅度温度回升过程。实验组保持均匀的降温速率。实验组组织细胞的损伤程度较对照组明显减轻。结论 同种瓣膜的降温过程中存在相变点的异常温度变化 。Objective This mothod was designed to compare different preparation methods of homograft,and to minimize injury to cells during preparation of homograft.Method The temperature decreasing curves of homograft cells were recorded and analyzed.Injuries to tissue cells results form different methods were compared.Result There is a zone (-4~-6℃) in control group that the velocity of temperature decreased and even there was a little temperature increase of homograft between -4℃ and -6℃.But for experiment group this phenomenon did not appear, and the velocity of temperature decrease was remained uniform.Histologic measurements indicated that less cellular injury existed for experiment group.Conclusion There is an “abnormal” temperature change of phase change point during the process of temperature descending of homograft.The cellular injury caused in the process of temperature decreasing could be alleviated by adjustment of velocity of temperature decreasing.
