2型糖尿病肾病患者血TNF测定的临床意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨 2型糖尿病肾病患者血清 TNF水平。方法　采用放射免疫分析法测定了 2 5例无糖尿病肾病和 5 7例糖尿病肾病患者血 TNF含量 ,并与 35名健康人作对照。结果　 2型糖尿病无肾病组和有肾病组血清 TNF水平均高于正常人组 ,尤以糖尿病肾病为甚 (P<0 .0 1) ,糖尿病肾病组与无糖尿病肾病组比较 ,差异有非常显著性 (P<0 .0 1)。结论　 2型糖尿病肾病的发生和发展与Objective To explore the levels of serum TNF in patients with diabetic type Ⅱ.Methods Levels of TNF in serum were measured in 25 cases of non diabetic nephrosis and 57 cases of nephrosis and compared with that in 35 normal controls.Results The level of TNF in diabetic non nephrosis groups and nephrosis patients were higher than that in normal controls( P <0.05).The level of TNF in diabetic nephrosis was higher than that in non nephrosis( P <0.01).Conclusion The occurrence and development of diabetic type Ⅱ with nephrosis is correlated to the higher concentration of TNF.
