摘　　要：本文从全球化大背景出发 ,探究了经济全球化对社会福利带来的挑战 ,以及欧美国家社会福利的发展态势 ,并结合中国实际探讨了如何在全球化背景下重构中国的社会福利体系。Starting with the background of globalization, this paper probes into the challenges to the social welfare by the economic globalization and the tendency of social welfare development in European and American countries, as well as, by combining with China's reality, inquires into how to reestablish China's social welfare system under the background of the globalization.
