摘 要:目的 观察解毒通络方对大鼠脑缺血损伤后海马神经毯的突触形态与突触素P38的表达的影响。方法 :本文应用超微结构分析与免疫组化方法。结果 缺血损伤引起海马CA1区突触前成分溃变、突触数密度下降、突触素P38低水平表达 ;术后 8周 ,模型组与治疗组出现数量较多的新生突触和突触素P38表达水平的提高 ,治疗组突触数密度恢复最为显著 ,已达假手术组的 87 4% ,并明显高于模型组 ;与假手术组比较 ,模型组突触素P38表达COD值提高到 80 % ,而治疗组提高到 114 7% ,治疗组COD值显著高于模型组 (P<0 0 1)。结论 解毒通络方具有促进突触再建和增强。Objecitve To observe the effect of JIEDU TONGLU FANG on synaptic form and synaptophysin 38 (SVP38) expression in rat cerebral ischemic injury. Methods By using ultrastructural analysis and immunohistochemical method. Results The results show that ischemic injury can cause degeneratin of the pre synapse compositions, decrease of synape number and density and low expression of synaptophysin 38 (SVP38) in hippocampus CA1 area. By the 8th week of postoperation. There were a nilmber of neonate synapse and increased expression of synaptophysin 38 in model group and treatment group. In treatment group, the reconvery of synapse number and density were the most obvious with 87.4% of pesudo-operation group and significantly higher than those in the model group. Compared with pesudo-operation group, COD value of synaptophysin 38 upregulated to 80% in model group, and raised to 114.7% in treatment group, so COD value in treatment group was significantly (P<0.01) higher than that in model group. Conclusions JIEDU TONGLUO FANG has the function of improving synaptic regeneration and enhancing & perfecting the effect of re-building synapse.
