摘　　要：目的　探索神经纤维蛋白 (neurofilamentprotein ,NFP)在神经生长锥的表达及其机能意义。方法　采用免疫双荧光染色法 ,以荧光显微镜观察NFP在初代培养脊神经节细胞生长锥的表达及其定位特征。结果　NFP密集分布在细胞质中、神经突起内 ,延伸至生长锥体部的C区内 ;结论　NFP是构成生长锥的细胞骨架成分之一 ;Objective To investigate the expression and functional significance of neurofilament protein (NFP) in the nerve growth cones. Method We observed the expression and location of NFP in the nerve growth cones of primarily cultured chicken embryo spinal ganglion cells by using double immunofluorescent method with fluorescent microscope. Result NFP is intensely distributed in the cytoplasma, nerve process, and elongated to C domain of nerve growth cone body. Conclusion NFP is one kind of cytoskeleton, and involved in the transportation in the nerve growth cones and nerve process.
