硝普钠对家兔利尿效应的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨脑室内注射一氧化氮 (NO)供体硝普钠对利尿效应的影响。方法 :根据注射内容和部位将 4 0只麻醉兔随机分为 4组 ,脑室内注射硝普钠组及生理盐水对照组 ,耳缘静脉注射硝普钠组及生理盐水组对照组 ,分别观察硝普钠对家兔利尿效应的影响。结果 :脑室注射 NO供体硝普钠 (SNP) (1∶ 10 0 0 0 0 ) 10 μl,引起尿量增多 ,35 m in时尿量达到高峰值 ,从 (1.39±1.3) m l/m in上升到 (2 .83± 1.2 ) m l/m in(P <0 .0 5 ) ,而 MP、HR无明显变化。耳缘静脉注射 NO供体硝普钠引起尿量、MP、HR减少 ,5 min时最低值 ,尿量从 (3.3± 1.73) m l/m in下降到 (0 .37± 0 .4 ) m l/min(P <0 .0 1) ,MP从 (13.18± 0 .7) k Pa下降到 (8.83± 0 .5 ) k Pa(P <0 .0 1) ,HR从 (2 70 .6± 14 .8)次 /m in下降到 (174± 12 .4 )次 /min(P <0 .0 1)。结论 :NO供体硝普钠 (SNP)具有外周降压。Objective: To investigate influence of the sodium nitroprusside(SNP) upon the diuresis Methods: Based on the content and position of injection 40 rabbits were anesthetied and divided at random into 4 groups:intraventricular injecting SNP and normal saline groups Influence of the SNP upon the diuretic effects of rabbits were observed differentially Results: Urinary output was increased obviously (P<0 05),from (1 39±1 3)ml/min to (2 83±1 2)ml/min in 35 min after intraventricular injecting the SNP(1∶100 000)10 μl, but MP and HR were not changed significantly After intravenous injecting the SNP(1∶100 000)10 μl, urinary output Mp and HR were decreased obviously (P<0 01)  Conclusion: SNP may possess both effects of central diuresis and peripheral decrement of the urinary output
