摘　　要：探讨风湿性二尖瓣狭窄伴心房纤颤 (房颤 )球囊二尖瓣成形术 (PBMV)后房颤复律治疗的方法及复律后影响维持窦性心律的因素。方法 :PBMV术后 4～ 6周仍不能转复为窦性心律的房颤患者 5 3 8例进行电复律治疗 ,转复后随诊 3～ 6个月 ,动态观察房颤复发情况。结果 :5 3 8例行体表电复律者 。To explore the method of cardiovertion for atrial fibrillation after percutaneous balloon mitral valvuloplasty(PBMV) for rheumatic mitral stenosis complicated with atrial fibrillation and the factors affecting the maintenance of sinus rhythm,the electric cardiovertion was performed on 538 cases of atrial fibrillation who failed to reconvert to sinus rhythm 4～6 weeks after PBMV.Follow up was done for 3～6 months to dynamically observe the recurrence of atrial fibrillation.The results showed that all of the 538 cases recovered to sinus rhythm after electric cardiovertsion.These suggest that it is safe and available that the electrie cardioveretion of atrial fibnillation for rheumatic mitral stenosls with aruial fibrillation after PBMV,the complications are rare and espelially benefit to diameter of life artric≤55mm.
