摘  要:借用稳定流动液体连续性方程等流体力学理论 ,导出特殊的多功能喷头阀芯移动量 S与节流面积 f 的关系。通过正交试验 ,选出喷头最佳的喷孔直径和长度 ,研制出了适用于不同水压及相配套的设备中特殊的多功能喷头。在自来水水压 (0 .15 MPa)下 ,其喷射距离为 8.3m;在高压清洗机的水压(7.84 MPa)下 ,其喷射距离为 10 m。并且还提供了研制喷头的方法。Based on theories of fluid mechanics, with specific reference to equations such as the continuous equation of steadily flowing fluid, a special multifunction nozzle applicable to different hydraulic sources of water was developed. We established a relationship between the length of moving nozzle stem and the throttling area of the nozzle. The optimum spout diameter and length of the nozzle from the test of the nozzle are selected on the basis of orthogonal test. The spurt distance of the nozzle is 8.3 m in hydraulic pressure (0.15 MPa) of running water circumstances; and the spurt distance of the nozzle is 10m in hydraulic pressure (7.84 MPa) of high pressure cleaning machine circumstances. A new method for designing multifunction nozzle was put forward.
