摘　　要：讨论了支持构造新器件类型和复杂系统的黑匣建模 ,构造新器件模型所需要的资源超出了 SPICE所能提供的多项式受控源。PSpice扩展允许任意方程式和 /或查阅表 ,这些扩展对黑匣系统水平建模也有用。In this paper,discussions are made of the modeling of the construction of new types of devices and complex systems using PSpice,with the PSpice extentions allowing the application of any equation and/or table,such extentions are of the usefulness to the system level modeling.Two types of examples are proposed.
