摘 要:在工程设计中 ,存在大量的、不可避免的模糊信息 ,而用常规可靠性设计方法处理这类不确定因素 ,不仅会遇到极大的困难 ,有时甚至不可能 ,并与工程实际产生较大的矛盾。用模糊方法处理不确定因素 ,设计结果与工程实际吻合 ,可减少获得数据的难度 ,故具有工程应用价值。该文根据模糊可靠性设计理论和机械优化设计技术 ,以 NGW型行星齿轮减速器为例 ,初步探讨了模糊可靠性优化设计的原理和方法 ,经实例计算证明 ,提出的模糊可靠性优化设计方案较好地反映了 NGW型行星齿轮减速器的工作状况 ,符合工程实际 ,具有经济、实用的价值。The unavoidable fuzzy information in engineering designs is very difficult to deal with by using the conventional reliability design method,and at some times,the conventional design idea may be in conflict with the engineering facts. However, when fuzzy method is adopted to deal with the indeterminate factors, the design results tally with the engineering facts. Furthermore,the difficulty in acquiring data can be reduced, so the fuzzy method is worth applying in engineering design. In the paper,the theory and method of fuzzy reliability optimal design for NGW-type planetary speed reducer is discussed on the basis of the theory of fuzzy reliability design and the technology of mechanical optimal design. A calculation example is presented,which shows that the scheme of fuzzy reliability optimal design in the paper can represent the working state of NGW-type planetary speed reducer preferably,and the scheme is appropriate, economical and practicable.
