摘　　要：科技论文质量的高低不仅是作者科研成果的结晶,也是科技编辑创造性活动的结果。科技论文是否具有前沿性、创新性和科学性都是科技编辑选择、评审、修正、加工编排的结果,同时科技编辑在提高科技期刊对科技知识的传播和增值方面也起着重要作用。The quality of scientific and technological articles are not only the author' s fruit of scientific research , but also the fruit of creative activity of the editing. Whether this kind of articles have the advancement ,new ideas characteristics of science is the editorial fruits of choice , comment , revision and arrangement. What' s more , scientific and technological editing plays an important role in improving the scientific knowledge spread and value rise . The scientific and technological editing embodies every link of this kind of articles publishment, and plays a great important role in importing the quality of the scientific and technological articles.
