摘  要:研究了石灰液体系中元素硫加压氧化浸金过程。通过四变量三水平的实验设计 ,发现元素硫与氢氧根的摩尔比及氧耗量是影响金浸出的最重要因素。单变量试验表明 ,适宜的S0 /OH摩尔比为 1 .0~ 1 .2 ,最优氧耗量为 0 .3 8~ 0 .55NL/gS0 ,浸出过程中终pH应为 3 .5~ 6.0。最优条件下金的一段浸出率为 82 %~ 85% ,二段浸出可达 91 %。A process of leaching gold from a concentrate with Ca(OH) 2 solution mixed with elemental sulfur under oxygen pressure was investigated. A series of experiments were devised and preformed to recognize the main effective factors. Further investigates show that the highest leached Au was achieved when the moore ratio of the elemental sulfur to the hydroxyl was ranged from 1.0 to 1.2 and the consumption of oxygen in the process from 0.38 to 0.55 NL/gS 0 . Under these conditions the final pH was from 3.5 to 6.0. 82%~85% Au was leached in one time leaching under optimized conditions, and 91% in two time leaching.
