摘 要:在 16 k W立式二硅化钼棒炉内对钢水化学加热法进行了热模拟 ,并研究了以硅钙钡作为发热剂时 ,钢水顶渣碱度对钢水质量和钢包耐火材料侵蚀的影响。结果表明 ,钢中元素含量基本不变时 ,夹杂物没有明显增加 ;提高顶渣碱度可以有效防止回磷、回硫 ,并具有脱磷和脱硫的效果 ,且顶渣对钢包耐火材料的侵蚀并不严重。The chemical heating method used for molten steel was studied by heat simulation test in the 16 kW shaft electric resistance furnace. The influences of Si Ca Ba alloy on the quality of molten steel and the erosion of ladle refractory were studied when the basicity of top slag in ladle varied. The experiment results showed that the element content in molten steel does not change in substance and the impurities in molten steel do not increase obviously. Increasing the basicity of top slag can not only avoid resulfurization and rephosphorization, but also improve the capacity of desulfurization and dephosphorization. Top slag does not sharpen the erosion of ladle refractory.
