鱼棉平喘方对哮喘豚鼠的平喘作用及血清总IgE含量的影响

摘　　要：采用观察各组豚鼠给药前、后的引喘潜伏期及血清总IgE含量变化的方法对鱼棉平喘方进行了研究。结果显示本方有明显的平喘作用。本方给药后各组豚鼠的引喘潜伏期比给药前及纯化水组均显著延长(P<0.01),与蛤蚧定喘胶囊组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);本方治疗各组血清总IgE含量比模型组显著降低(P<0.01),与正常组及蛤蚧定喘胶囊组无显著差异(P>0.05),说明本方有明显的平喘作用,其平喘作用与降低哮喘模型豚鼠异常升高的血清IgE水平,参与机体的免疫调节作用有关。The purpose is to probe into the effect and its mechanism of the Decoction of Yumian Anti-asthma Formula (DYM) in treating asthmatic guinea pigs. We observed the latent period of asthma-inducing of normal guinea pigs and that of them after DYM's preventing and determining the general serum IgE contents by radioimmunoassay after guinea pigs' asthmatic model- making and reproducing. The results revealed that the latent period of asthma-inducing was obviously prolonged in guinea pigs prevented by DYM and positive drugs when compared with normal guinea pigs and guinea pigs before being given by DYM and positive drugs (P<0. 01). Besides, the general serum IgE contents of treated asthmatic guinea pigs were much lower than those of asthmatic guinea pigs (P<0. 01). and there was no significant difference in guinea pigs among the positive drugs's group, the DYM's groups and the normal group (P<0. 05). The experiment showed that DYM had obvious effects of relieving asthma on asthmatic guinea pigs and the mechanism of its function was due to its regulating the serum IgE level.
