多波长K系数法测定泻痢停片中三成分的含量

摘　　要：采用多波长K系数法测定泻痢停片中磺胺甲(口恶)唑,甲氧苄啶和醋酸泼尼松的含量。磺胺甲(口恶)唑,甲氧苄啶和醋酸泼尼松的线性范围依次为4～14ug/ml,10～35μg/ml和5～18μg/ml,平均回收率为(99.49±0.58)％,(99.31±0.83)％,(99.26±1.10)％,方法较简便,准确。The multiwavelength K- factor spectrophotometry method was applied to the determination of sulfamethoxazole, trimethoprin and prednisone acetate in Xieliting tablets, The calibration curve of sultamethoxazole, trimethoprin and predrisone acetate was linear in the range of 4 - 14 ng/ml, 10-35 μg/ml and 5-18 μg/ml. The average recovery was (99. 49 ± 0. 58)%, (99. 31 ±0. 83)% and (99. 26±1. 10)%. This method was simple and accurate.
