50例窒息新生儿血电解质的变化分析

摘　　要：目的:观察窒息程度与血清电解质变化的关系。方法:50例窒息新生儿及26例正常新生儿血电解质测定。结果:窒息组较对照组低血钠及低血氯的发生有明显差异(P<0.05),血钾无明显改变。结论:低钠及低氯血症在新生儿窒息中常见。Objective: To observe the relationship between the degree of asphyxia and the change of serum electrolyte. Methods: Serum electrolyte level were measured in 50 asphyxia neonates and 26 healthy neonatal controls.Results: Hyponatremia and hypochloremia are more in the asphyxia group than in the control group (P<0.05), but serum kalium have no significant differences. Conclusion: Hyponatremia and hypochloremia are more common in neonatal asphyxia.
