二陈汤在妇科肿瘤手术后的应用

摘　　要：目的 :观察二陈汤在妇科恶性肿瘤手术后的辅助治疗效果。方法 :36例患者 ,随机分为治疗组 (2 4例 )和对照组 (12例 ) ,对肿瘤病灶、临床症状、生活质量和实验室检查等进行了治疗和对比。结果 :在获得相同肿瘤疗效的情况下 ,治疗组的症候改善明显优于对照组 (P≤ 0 0 1或 0 0 5 ) ,且无明显的不良反应。结论 :二陈汤在妇科恶性肿瘤手术后的辅助治疗中具有较好的疗效。Objective:Observing the effect of Er Chen decoction in post-operation of gynecological cancer.Method:36 cases were randomly divided into Er Chen decoction and contrast groups.Result:The result showed that the symptoms in the Er Chen decoction group were less than contrast one,while KPS was better than the other group(P≤0.01 or 0.05).Conclusion:Er Chen decoction has assistant effect in post-operation of gynecological cancer.
