畸形性先天性髋关节脱位

摘　　要：作者在治疗三岁以下先天性髋脱位中,从1983年～1989年见到13例(13髋)无法手法复位的患儿。手术发现这类髋脱位病理特点是:股骨头关节面呈球面,周围有血管翼覆盖,关节软骨面只占球面的一半。股骨颈短,颈的前上部有关节囊粘连。髋臼浅,(?)唇肥大内翻,臼里软骨极厚呈脊状。这些病理改变不同于一般的先天性髋脱位。作者认为这类脱位可能发生在胚胎期,将其命名为畸形性先天性髋脱位为宜。并指出只有手术治疗方可治愈。During the treatment of C. D. H. the author found 13 patients (13 hips)before three years old. could not be reduced by manipulation. The following types have been found out by operation to those hips;that is,the femoral head with only a half of articular surface is nearly only the round. The femoral neck is short and the capusule were covered on its front and superior. The synovia and its vas capillary wrapped to part cartilage of the femoral head. The acetabulum with extreme inverted limbue is shallow and filled with Haversion ,iregular cartilage. The above types differ from general congenital dislocation of the hip. Authors believe that this type of hip dislocation is caused during developmental embryo, named deformity dislocation of the hip, and pointed out operation is the only treatment of choice.
