ABO血型不合骨髓移植的骨髓粒单祖细胞和造血功能的动态研究

摘　　要：作者通过两例ABO血型不合骨髓移植的骨髓粒单祖细胞(CFU-GM)和造血功能(外周血和骨髓)的定期连续观察,并与ABO血型相同的异基因骨髓移植比较,发现ABO血型不合骨髓移植不影响骨髓粒单祖细胞和造血功能恢复的速度,而骨髓CFU-GM恢复最快,可能成为植活的最早观察指标。This article reports a series of regular kinetic observation of granulocyte colong forming cell (CFU-GM) in bone marrow in correlation with hematopoietic function on 2 cases of acute leukemia before and after ADO—incompatible bone marrow transplantation. The results are as follows: (1) There was no effect on graft rejection, incidence and severity of graft- versus- host disee.se(GVHD), survival or speed for recovery of CFU-GM and hematopoietic function. (2)The time required for recovery of CFU-GM to normal count in the bone marrow was faster than that of the granulocyte count in bone marrow and peripheral blood. Measurement of CFU-GM may be a most early valuable sign indicating a successful bone marrow transplantation.
