摘  要:单纯失血休克2h的犬和兔均不并发肺损伤,若在休克前分别造成易伤性则肺损伤恒定发生。作者不将动物预先造成易伤性而只将休克时间从2h延长至5h,结果不仅是肺,而且心、肝、肠、肾均出现超微结构显著变化;同时血中肠源性内毒素含量随休克时间延长而递增,而且不同部位的血液其内毒素含量也不一样,门静脉血最高,动脉血次之,肝静脉血最低,提出失血性体克可因时间延长而并发多器官结构损伤,这可能是肠腔内毒素入侵所致。No pulmonary lesion was found out after two hours of simple hemorrhagic shock, it was detected constantly when the animal suffered from susceptiblity of before shock by blockading the reticuloendothelial System (RES) in rabbit and by decreasing the hematocrit(HT) to 31% in dog. In this paper we only prolonged the time-course of hemorrhagic shock from two to five hours but did not predispose the animal pefore-shock, the lesion of ultramicrostructure was detected constantly not only in the lung but also in the heart, liver, intestine and kidney. The quantity of endotoxin in the blood was increase directly proportional to the time-course of shock. The endotoxin in the arterial blood was less than in the portal vein and more than in hepatic vein, and it was positive in the lymph of duct thoracicus. According to these results, we concluded that there was a relationship between the morphological damage and entero—endotoxin in hemorrhagic shock.
