摘  要:为探索神经行为功能在电焊工神经系统损害检查中的应用价值,通过选用WHO推荐的神经行为功能核心测验组合方法(NCTB),对354名电焊工及196名对照所进行的测验结果表明:(1)焊工组NCTB得分明显低于对照组,且与工龄呈显著负相关,显示出接触水平与反应之间的关系;(2)5年~10年工龄组工人的神经行为功能即受影响,10年以上工龄者,其神经行为功能明显受影响,主要表现在Aiming、SAD及Dsy三项指标得分明显降低,表明电焊工肌肉的协调运动功能受影响较早:(3)焊工组NCTB测验得分与临床表现得分呈负相关,表明神经行为功能可反映电焊工神经系统受损的功能蓄积情况。认为Aiming、SAD、Dsy三项指标可作为电焊工神经系统受损的健康监护指标。In order to study the value of neurobehaviocral function in central nervous system damage caused by Mn, 'The Neurohehavioral Core Test Battery' recommended by WHO was used to 354 welders and 196 controls. The results are follows: (1) The score of neurobehavioral test of welders was significantly lower than that of the control group and showed highly significant negative correlations, which presented a clear relation of exposed dose and responses. (2) Those who have 5 years exposing expericence were biginning to have neurovehavioral function effects. Those who have more than 10 years demonstrated a remarkable low score of Pursuit Aiming Test (Aiming), Digat Symbol Test (Dsy) and Ben on Visual Relation Test (SAD). This confirmed that the function of muscle movement was influensed eaarlier than other damage. (3) Neurobehavioral function can reflect the functional accumulation by Mn—producting nervous system damage. this study showed that SAD, Dsy and Aiming can be used as early inspect indices in horvors system toxicity induced by Mn.
