微溶出性含季铵盐复方消毒剂杀菌效果的检测

摘　　要：为了解微溶出性含季铵盐复方消毒剂的杀菌效果,采用改进的非溶出性抗菌剂抑菌试验法(烧瓶振荡法),进行了悬液定量杀菌试验。结果,含季铵盐1000mg/L的复方消毒剂水悬液对大肠杆菌在振荡中作用20 min,平均杀灭率为99．95%,而混匀后静置作用20min的平均杀灭率仅74.88%。说明静置作用不能充分反映微溶出性消毒剂的杀菌效果。In order to know the bactericidal efficacy of the microdissolving compound disinfectant containing quaternary ammonium salt, suspension quantitative bactericidal test was carried out using the modified non-dissolving antibacterial agent bacteriostatic test (flask shaking method). The results showed that the average killing rate of Escherichia coli shaken in the water suspension of the compound disinfectant containing quaternary ammonium salt 1 000 mg / L for 20 min was 99.95%, while that of the bacteria slaying statically for 20 min in thissuspension after homogenizing was only 74.88%, indicating that static exposure can not re flect the bactericidal efficacy of the microdissolving disinfectant.
