摘 要:为了解离子水生成器电解食盐水产生的一种高氧化还原电位酸性水杀菌效果,进行了悬液定量杀菌试验与擦拭物体表面消毒试验。结果,以氧化还原电位 11 16mV、pH 2.35、含有效氯50mg/L的该水作用30min,可将悬液中枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞杀灭99.95%,擦拭实验台面后作用2min或5min,可使台面细菌总数分别减少87.50%与95.20%。经检测,装于密闭玻璃容器内的该水,在室温下避光保存10d,氧化还原电位逐日下降,有效氯含量逐渐减少,pH变化不明显。该水为杀菌效果较好、稳定性较差的消毒剂。In order to know the bactericidal efficacy of the electrolized oxidizing water (EOW) with high redox potential produced by electrolysis of sodium chloride water in an ionic water gen erator, suspension quantitative bactericidal test and disinfection test using wipe of object sur face were carried out. The results showed that the water containing available chlorine 50 mg/L with a redox potential of 1116 mV and a pH of 2.35 could kill 99.95% of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger in suspension in 30 min. Wiping the laboratory desk with this water which was allowed to dwell for 2 min or 5 min could reduce the total bacterial count of the desk surface by 87.50% and 95.20% respectively. When the water contained in an airtight glass container was stored away from light at room temperature for 10 days, its redox poten tial decreased day by day and its available chlorine content also decreased gradually, but the pH value did not change significantly. This water is a disinfectant with good bactericidal effi cacy and low stability.
