JQ-98久清消毒剂消毒效果与腐蚀性的试验观察

摘　　要：JQ-98久清消毒剂为含二氧化氯和JM活化因子(一种阳离子表面活性剂)的复方消毒剂。为了解其消毒物品效果与腐蚀性,进行了浸泡、擦拭物品试验与腐蚀金属试验、结果,用含二氧化氯250mg/L该液浸泡餐具15 min,用含二氧化氯100mg/L者浸泡蔬菜15min,可使其表面细菌总数分别减少99．81%与99．65%;用含二氧化氯500 mg/L该液擦拭一遍后作用30 min,可使冰箱．家具。卫生洁具表面细菌总数分别减少98．55%、98．67%、97．23%, 含二氧化氯200 mg/L的该复方溶液对不锈钢,铜、铝的腐蚀速率≤0.067mm/a．对碳钢腐蚀速率=0．626mm/a。除碳钢有中度腐蚀外,其余3种金属均为轻度腐蚀。JQ-98 Jiu-Qing Disinfectant is a compound disinfectant containing chlorine dioxide and JM activating factor (cation surfactant). In order to know its disinfection efficacy and corrosiveness, immersing and wiping articles test and metal corrosion test were carried out. The results showed that immersing tableware in its solution containing chlorine dioxide 250 mg/L for 15 min and immersing vegetables in its solution containing chlorine dioxide 100 mg/L for 15 min could reduce the total bacterial counts on their surfaces by 99,81% and 99.65% respectively. Wiping the refrigerator, furniture and toilet with its solution containing chlorine dioxide 500 mg/L, which was allowed to dwell for 30 min, could reduce the total bacterial counts on their surfaces by 98.55%, 98.67% and 97.23% respectively. Its solution containing chlorine dioxide 200 mg/L caused corrosion rate of stainless steel, copper and aluminum <0.067 mm/a and corrosion rate of carbon steel=0.626 mm/a, indicating that except moderate corrosion of carbon steel, the corrosion of other 3 metals is slight.
