圣剑速洁消毒片杀菌效果的试验观察

摘　　要：圣剑速洁消毒片出三氯异氰尿酸、碳酸钠、硼酸组成。采用载体定量杀菌试验,观察其杀菌效果。结果,以其含有效氯 150 mg/L溶液对布片上大肠杆菌作用 10 min,以其含有效氯 300mg/L溶液对布片上金黄色葡萄球菌作用5min,以其含有效氯1000 mg/L溶液对布片上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用15 min,杀灭率均达 100%;有机物对其杀菌效果有一定影响。在 37℃放置90d,该片剂有效氯含量下降率为2.83%。该复方为稳定性良好的消毒剂。Sheng-Jian-Su-Jie Disinfectant. Tablet is composed of trichloroisocyanuric acid, so dium carbonate and boric acid. Carrier quanlitalivc bactericidal test was used to observe its baclericidal efficacy. The resulls showed that the killing rates of Escherichia coli on cloth strip exposed to its solution containing available chlorine 150 mg/L for 10 min, Staphylococcus aureus on clolh strip exposed lo its solution containing available chlorine 300 mg/L for 5 min and spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger on cloth strip exposed to its solution containing available chlorine 1000 mg/L for 15 min were 100%. The organic substance had certain in fluence on its bactericidal efficacy. After storing at 37℃ for 90 days, the available chlorine content of this tablet decreased by 2.83%, indicating that this compound disinfectant is a dis infectant with good stability.
