电焊作业对女工生殖机能影响的调查研究

摘　　要：本文通过对129例手把电焊女工和226例对照组(噪声与非噪声对照组)女工进行调查的结果表明:单纯接触低强度噪声对女工月经功能影响不大;电焊作业女工月经功能受到明显影响,表现为月经周期异常、经期异常、经量异常及经前紧张症的检出率明显高于对照组女工;月经异常的发生与空气中 MnO_2浓度有关,并与电焊工龄呈正相关,表现出一定的剂量反应关系:月经异常与神经系统临床改变和神经行为功能减退呈平行关系;接触组女工妊娠高血压综合征发生率显著高于对照组,但异常妊娠的结局两组间均无显著性差异。This article-reports the investigetive results of reproductive function and netvous system emamina- tion as wll as neurobehavioral test among 129 female welders and 226 controls.The resilts showed as foltows:(1)The menstmal frnction changed obyiously in female weldens:The oceurrence of abnormal menstrual cycle,phase and amount and premenotrua,tension was sharply higher than that of the con- trol group.The RR value of the above mentioned indices was significant between the two grouwn.(2) Menstrual disrurbances were associated with the MnO_2 concentration in the air have positive rela- tion with the length of work,which showed the dose—response relationships.(3)The occurrence of menstrual disturbances showed poslive association with neurotoxic menifestations but negative assoma- tion with neurobehavioral test score.(4)The cases of hypertensive syndrome of pregnancy in exposed group were mach more than those of control group.But the outcome of abnormal pregnaney between two groups was of no signficant difference.
