蝉蜕对生育影响之初探

摘　　要：在正常生理条件下 ,观察蝉蜕对小鼠性腺及妊娠、血液系统、免疫系统、抗炎、镇痛等药理指标的影响。结果表明 :蝉蜕可显著降低雄鼠睾丸及贮精囊指数 ;并能显著降低怀孕率 ,升高畸胎率 ;可增加微血管直径 ,缩短凝血时间 ,升高红细胞压积 ;降低脾指数、白细胞数 ,增加肾上腺、胸腺指数 ;并有显著的镇痛、抗炎作用。以上研究为蝉蜕属于妊娠禁忌药提供了一定的实验依据。On physiological condilion, the effects of pheriostracan cicadae have been observed on pharmacological standard such as rat's sex gland, pregnancy, blood system, immune system, anti-infammation and relieving pain. The result showed that male rat's testis and it's index of keeping in seminal reside, rat's gestation rate, spleen index and white cell count can he dereased by periostracan cicadae. while the teratism rate and packed cell volume con go up. The diameter of micrangium, adrend gland and thymus index can be increasead, The clotting time can be shortened. In addition the drug has effect of relieving pain and anti-anflammation, which proved that periostracar cicadae is drug contraindicated in pregnancy.
