尼卡地平对人免疫细胞功能的影响

摘　　要：在体外实验条件下,用~3H-TdR掺入法,观察了钙通道拮抗剂尼卡地平对正常人免疫细胞功能的影响。结果表明,尼卡地平以浓度依赖的方式抑制PHA刺激的外周血T淋巴细胞的增殖及SPA刺激的外周血B淋巴细胞的增殖,IC_(50)分别是:小于10^(-6)mol及8×10^(-5)mol。尼卡地平对外周血白细胞吞噬白色葡萄球菌的影响,显示随着药物浓度降低,抑制作用增强的趋势。上述结果说明,尼卡地平对人的免疫细胞功能具有抑制作用。这和尼卡地平在动物的整体实验结果是一致的。Tte influences of calcium channel antagonist nicardipine on the functions of normal human immune cells were observed by method of ~3H-TdR incorporation in vitro condition. The results showed that nicardipine inhibited significantly, in a dose—dependent manner, the proliferation of T lymphocytic cell by PHA stimulated and of B lymphocytic cell by SPA stimulated in whole blood, the IC_(50) values (mol/L)were <10~6 and 8×10~5 respectively. The effect of inhibition of nicardipine on the whole blood leukocytes phagositosing albus staphylo-coccus, became stronger with its concentration decreased. The above mentioned results indicated that nicardipine could inhibit the functions of human immune cells, and these results were consistent with influences of nicardipine on the mouse immune functions in vivo.
