摘　　要：目的 :综合评价动力髋螺钉内固定治疗老年转子间骨折 2 7例的疗效。 方法 :股骨转子间骨折 2 7例按AO标准分类 :Ⅰ型 11例 ,Ⅱ型 13例 ,Ⅲ型 3例 ;采用动力髋螺钉内固定治疗。 结果 :本组病例经 1～ 3年平均 2年随访 ,优 14例 ,良 11例 ,可 2例 ,疗效显著。 结论 :动力髋螺钉内固定手术损伤小 ,肢体功能恢复快 ,髋内翻畸形等并发症少 ,是治疗老年髋部骨折的有效方法。Objective:To evaluate the effect of dynamic hip screw(DHS)for the treatment of 27 hip fracture Methods: Twenty -seven cases of intertrochanteric fracture,Evens type Ⅰ 11,Ⅱ 13,Ⅲ A 3 were treated with DHS.Results:These cases were followed up from 1 to 3 years,average 2 years.The curative effect was satisfactory.Excellent results were obtained in 14,good in 11,fair in 2 cases with intertrochanteric fracture.Conclusion:DHS may be an effective methods for the treatment of hip fracture in old people.The advantages include minor operative injury,quick functional recovery,and less varus deformity of the hip.The key of the operation success and basis of fracture healing are ideal preoperative reduction and skilled performance.
