摘　　要：目的 :观察低分子量肝素治疗不稳定心绞痛的治疗效果 ;方法 :选择加用低分子量肝素钙治疗不稳定心绞痛 32例 ,与常规治疗组 30例 ,进行疗效比较 ;结果 :前者急性事件发生率显著降低。结论 :低分子量肝素钙明显减少急性事件发生 ,更少发生出血事件 ,应用较为方便 。OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of low molecular heparin on patients with unstable angina pectoris.METHODS: 32 patients who were treated by low molecular heparin, 30 patients who were treated with routine treatment in the therapeutic effect.RESULTS: Composite events were reduced significantly in group LMWH.CONCLUSION: LMWH is more effective in reducing death and composite cardiovascular events in patients with unstable angina pectoris,moniforing is not necessary in the routine use of LMWH,which shows more convenience and ease in use.
