摘 要:对冶金工厂钢板物理性能检验用试样的加工中存在的加工方式落后的状况进行了分析。通过采取多刀连续切削的方式设计了双面卧式铣床和与之配套的液压夹具,应用变频技术进行切削厚度的调整,从而实现了板状试样大切削量快速机械加工。其效率是传统使用的刨床的6倍,从根本上解决了本单位试样加工落后的技术难题。In this paper,based on the analyses of backward situation of machining approach in the procedure of quick machining of steel plate mechanical properties samples in metallurgy plant,the multi-tools and the continuous machining methods are applied and the two sides milling machine and hydraulic pressure clamp are designed. The machining thickness of samples can be adjusted by the application of frequency conversion technology. Therefore, the big cutting amount in machining for plate samples can be implemented. The machining efficiency is improved 6 times than that of the tradition planer. The technique difficult problem of sample machining of our unit has settled radically.
