论民办高校的内部管理

摘　　要：民办高等学校的内部管理有自身的特点，其管理体制包括董事会领导下的校长负责制、校长负责制、主办单位领导下的校长负责制三种类型。在经费管理上实行校长“一支笔”制度；师资管理上多是专兼职相结合；学生和教学管理上，大多采取“大学的教学，中学的管理”。在普通高校深化改革的形势下，民办高校面临严峻挑战。The internal management of civilian-run colleges and u niversities has its own feature; its system includes:the president is in charge under the leadership of the board; the president is in charge; the president is in charge under the leadership of the hostunit. With regard to the system of th e ma nagement of funds, they carryed out that the president decides; with regard to t h e system of the management of teachers, they mainly carryed out combining full- time management with part-time management; with regard to the system of the man agement of the students and teaching, the way they mainly adoptis'to teach with that practised in universities and to manage with that practised in middle scho ols＇. Under the situation that general colleges and universities are deeply bein g reformed, civilianrun colleges and universities are also facing serious challe nges.
