光电法检测蒸馏水液位的装置

摘　　要：本装置采用了一种新的检测水位的方法——光电反射法。传感器采用红外发射和接收二极管 ,通过抗干扰电路 ,有效地抑制了背景光干扰和电磁波干扰 ;应用放大、整流电路使弱信号增强 ,应用滞回比较器使输出端得到稳定的控制信号。通过测试表明 ,它是一种无污染、精度高、控制效果好的液位测控装置。A new device for measuring liquid level has been studied in this paper.By using photoelectric sensitive cell and anti jamming circuit interference of background lights and Hertzian waves was effectively avoided weak signals were amplified by amplificatory and rectifying circuit,and the fluctuation by approach of distilled water to the appointed position was well controlled by comparing circuit.Experimental results showed that this device is of no pollution,highly sensitive and easily controlled.
