摘　　要：金融管理信息系统 (FMIS)的建设对电子金融越来越重要 .FMIS建设的远景目标是建立统一的办公管理门户 ,构建金融信息系统的核心开发平台 ;近期目标则是从基础的公文处理、档案管理、Intranet内部信息平台、综合查询入手 ,采用Sybase ,PowerBuilder,LotusNotes平台B/S方式进行整合建设 ,建立内部信息网站 .FMIS可采用应用表现层、应用逻辑处理层和应用数据存储层 3层结构 ,从而实现金融系统公共信息的管理与维护。FMIS(financial management information system) is more and more important to electronic finance.The future target of FMIS is to build the gateway of uniform office management and core construction platform of financial information system.Based on documents management,archives management,internal information platform Intranet,the spot target of FMIS will be established into internal information Web through the reorganization and constrution in the light of Sybase,PowerBuilder,B/S on the platform of Lotus Notes.FMIS can be used to realize the function of the management and maintenance of communal information,the application of business information,the intenal application in finance system through three layer framework which includs the application layer of representation,the application layer of logic process and the application layer of data storge.
