摘 要:用于SSRF的水平和垂直两种光子吸收器已研制成功。光子吸收器既要吸收高功率负载和高功率密度的废弃的同步辐射 ,又要准直引出的光束 ,并受到严重的空间限制。设计仔细考虑了吸收器的结构形状、吸收面上同步辐射功率密度的稀释、吸收体和冷却水的热输运以及吸收体内的热应力及其寿命等问题。用经典热力学公式和ANSYS程序对吸收体进行了热计算。采用了数控机加工、电火花刻蚀加工、电子束焊接和几次钎焊等工艺。Both two types of absorbers for SSRF, one horizontal and one vertical, have been designed and fabricated successfully. The photon absorbers, which are seriously limited by space, should not only absorb the unused synchrotron radiation (SR) with high power load and high power density, but also collimate the extracted SR beam. During design, several aspects have been carefully considered including the structure, the thermal transmission between the absorbent body and the cooling water, the thermal stress inside the absorber body, the lifetime of absorber, etc. Thermal calculations have been conducted to the absorber bodies using both the classical thermodynamic formulas and the ANSYS program. Several fabrication techniques have been used including numerical control machining, electric spark machining, electron beam welding, multiple brazing, and so on. Photon stimulated adsorption yield have been measured on the horizontal absorber prototype surface at KEKPF in Japan.
