摘　　要：通过对方形漆包线的成形工艺分析,介绍了其滚挤成形工艺、滚挤成形模具结构特点及其操作过程,阐述了方形漆包线滚挤成形模具设计加工中应注意的事项。Through the analysis of the technological process for the forming of the square enamel - covered wire, the technological process of rolling and extruding, and the traits of die structure as well as the procedure of its operating were introduced . The items should be paid attention to in the design and manufacture of the forming die were elaborated.
