摘 要:1985~1986年我们用40种杀菌剂对泽蛙蝌蚪进行了毒性测定,发现不同的杀菌剂对蝌蚪的毒性不同。毒性大的有百菌清、菲醌、苏化911;毒性较大的有克瘟散、敌菌灵;毒性低或较低的有代森铵、瑞毒霉、异稻瘟净、富士一号、稻瘟净、三环唑、多菌灵、甲基托布津等。石灰超量使用,对蝌蚪杀伤力极大。同一种杀菌剂,不同的加工剂型对蝌蚪的毒性不同,以乳油的毒性最大,颗粒剂则较小,蝌蚪群体异质性小,对杀菌剂的毒性反应敏感,用药量要求严格。Laboratory tests of fourty fungicides were carried out from 1985to 1986. The findings are that the toxicity of fungicides varies with the varie-tieo and chlorothalonil, 9, 10-Phenanthraguinone and Asozine are most toxic,then come Edifenphos and Anilazine et al. and then Amobam, Ridomil MZ,IBP, Isoprothiolane, kitaziene, tricyclazole , Carbendazin omd Thiophanate-Methyl et al. The toxicity also relied on the formulations of fungicides,with Enusifiable concentrate being highly toxic and granule comparativelyless. Excessive lime harms tadpoles seriously. Since the different properties inthe tadpoles population are small and todpoles are sensitive to the toxicity offungicides the does applied in rice field should be strictly controlled.
